Commission Structure and Payment Terms

At Morphin, affiliates start earning commissions once they reach a specified number of Total Active Players on our platform. The monthly commission rate (%) is determined based on either the Total Member Net Win/Loss or the Total Active Players, depending on which requirement is met first. Affiliates will remain in the lower commission tier for the following month until they meet both criteria required to advance to the next tier.

Costs Involved: Affiliates should be aware of the following costs, which may be deducted:

• Promotion Bonuses
• Transaction Fees
• Royalty Fees (to be paid by members)

Commission Calculation Example: Commission = (Company Income - Bonuses - Transaction Fees - Royalty Fees) × (Commission Rate %)

• Bonuses refer to rebates and bonuses claimed by affiliate members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, rebates, and other promotions.
• Transaction Fees refer to fees from member deposit and withdrawal transactions, amounting to 1% of the total transactions.

Affiliate Support and Transparency:

• Morphin provides skill development and performance analysis to help affiliates improve monthly results.
• Affiliates have transparent access to reports, including player wages, marketing costs, and more.
• Each affiliate will have a dedicated account manager for personalized support.

Commission Payment Method: Morphin is committed to supporting affiliates throughout their journey with us. Commissions are calculated weekly and paid into the affiliate wallet in the currency selected during registration. Once a commission withdrawal request is submitted, funds will be transferred to the bank account within three working days. Note that the bank account name must match the registration name.

• Important Note: Morphin reserves the right to change the commission program percentage and calculation method at any time.
• The minimum withdrawal amount for local bank transfers is MYR 100.
